Aloha Oregon
Aloha is considered an unincorporated community meaning that it is not a local municipality but is run by Washington County in Oregon. It is located a few miles west of Portland with a population of more or less than 54, 000 as of 2018.
The area was initially called Wheeler’s Crossing because it was a place where railroads converged. In 1912, the first post office was built in the area which was named Aloha by Julius Buck, the first postmaster. From there, the name of the city was changed to Aloha.
At the moment, Aloha Oregon has one community library, fire protection, and EMS unit, one strip mall, and two school districts: Beaverton and Hillsboro.

Tualatin Valley Highway
One thing you should not miss in the area is the array of attractions at the Tualatin Valley Highway. You can indulge in scenic restaurants, drink craft beers, and the Aloha roadside attraction, Harvey the Rabbit.
Cooper Mountain
If you are in the area, you might want to try hiking in the Cooper Mountain Nature Park. It is a 231-acre geo-reserve for picnics, hiking, nature play areas, and organized outdoor activities for much-needed family and friends’ time.
Mountain View Champions Park
It is a community park located just beside the Mountain View Middle School. It features four community gardens, picnic shelters, sports fields, and many more.
