If you are reinfested within 60-days of your appointment, we’ll re-treat and check everyone we did the first time at our nearest clinic.

Guarantee Requirements

1. Everyone with lice was fully treated for an active lice infestation within the last 60 days.
2. Everyone within and in regular contact with your household was checked and cleared or fully treated by us.
3. There is physical evidence provided of an active infestation, such as a dead louse.

It’s absolutely essential that everyone you make head-to-head contact with is checked and treated.

No product, service, prescription, or device can keep you lice-free if someone close to your family isn’t checked & treated.
