Unfortunately, with kids lice happens. I'm very thankful for June's professionalism and good vibes. She was gentle with my daughter's hair and very informative as to how to prevent this from happening again.The scheduling process was easy and I'm overall very happy with the experience, despite the issue.I highly recommend this company, as lice has evolved and is no longer eradicated with store-bought, boxed treatments.

June is a treasure! She is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and thorough.After our initial treatment, we were exposed to lice and I panicked. Lex (another absolute angel) advised me and gave me instructions to recheck my own head. Despite her kindness, panic took over and one thing lead to another and we were at Lice Knowing You on Mercer Island getting their $20 lice check.After only one section of hair was checked, they proclaimed we had lice and wanted to start treatment. Because we were still in our 60 day guarantee with Lice Charmers, I paid the $40 for the “check” that was less than 2 minutes and Lex got me back in within hours.No lice was found and June put me and my son at complete ease. Lice Knowing You proclaimed lice when we simply had dead nits, although we were not shown this evidence.June is truly so kind and patient, I cannot recommend her and Lice Charmers enough.Thank you so much Lex and June!

Lex and Gigi provided fast, effective, and friendly service when 5 of our 7 family members were confirmed as having lice. Lex got us scheduled for a next-day appointment.
