Melanie and Marginy were knowledgeable and patient while they treated and checked our whole family. Their space was very clean and organized, and treatment methods very thorough. Peace of mind is worth the price we paid!

Gigi was very informative about how lice spread, how to contain them, and the treatment process. She also did a great job of treating my daughter along with me and my wife. Hopefully I won’t need her services but if I do, I would return here!

This experience was so stressful…BUT Melanie and licd charmers made it so much easier for me and my kids. I have mixed race children with textured hair and Melanie handled it with skill, patience and professionalism. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for her and our service!

Absolutely under no circumstance should you waste money with this complete and total rip off of a service. Went for a treatment. Did all the post steps. Didn’t work. Went back for retreat…. Had to pay for exams…… one month later….. back again but guess what…. Now they want me to pay for it AGAIN. What an absurd scam save yourself the time and money

Thank God for Lice Charmers! Margaret was able to treat the three of us, all with long hair, on short notice when we discovered our infestation. She is knowledgeable, fun to talk to and GOOD at her job! Yes it was expensive - but we are educated now and hopefully won’t be back anytime soon

When my worst nightmare happened and I found a louse on my head I was desperate to get help checking my head since I live alone. Lice Charmers and specifically Gigi are my heroes!! Lice Charmers got me in the same day I called and Gigi was so kind and welcoming during a situation that can feel pretty embarrassing. She was fast, thorough, and made me feel calm when I had been freaking out. I ended up getting really lucky and not having an infestation so I just had to pay for the head check but let me tell you as someone who lives by themselves the peace of mind this gave me and the stress/work it saved me is worth it all. I hope I don’t find myself in this situation again but if I do I’ll absolutely be returning here and hope to get Gigi again! Oh and I don’t have kiddoes but if you do I noticed they have some toys and just based on the welcoming vibes I would take my kids here if I had them.

Hillary was a literal godsend. So professional but also warm and friendly. We caught lice on our child very early. Went the next day (after treating at home— because of course we discovered around 8 pm) to make sure we didn’t need to treat again, and also for the peace-of-mind to have a professional check all of us. Hillary was so kind and fun to chat with! Also, I should note when I called the night I discovered lice on my child, Lice Charmers answered the phone and set us up with a next day appointment! I discovered lice in my daughter's hair yesterday and Lice Charmers was able to get us in within a day. I did a Nix home treatment kit when I discovered it but I was worried about how well I did it or how effective it would be. June was our technician and she was amazing. She was warm and friendly and very informative. My daughter is 6 and she was scared, she didn't know what to expect. June made her feel comfortable and she was very gentle with her. She treated her hair and examined me as well. She also provided something like a doctor's note to provide to school. I understand not everyone can afford professional treatment but if you can, I highly recommend this place. It gave me so much peace of mind.

Was shockingly quick and easy! My two kids and I were able to book day of and were in and out within 2 hours. We called Lice Charmers on a Friday evening, hoping for an appointment before the weekend was over, but knowing that was unlikely. To my surprise, there was an opening an hour later! My son’s lice were treated quickly and thoroughly, and she confirmed that I didn’t have any signs of nits or lice. What a relief!

June was amazing and so knowledgeable! She was gracious enough to take us with an hours notice and make sure our family of four were checked/treated as needed. Lice. The last thing you want to find or have. Once you do though- there is SO much information out there on what to do. We found Melanie with Lice Charmers and it was INCREDIBLE!

They were great! My girls liked the brushing and the braids. They even let them pick their own hair ties for the braids. They had candy treats at the end also.

My daughter came home from school with lice she got from a close friend. I had made several calls to get an appointment somewhere local. They squeezed her in at the end of the day and wound up also caring for two of her friends that same evening. If you find yourself in a hairy situation, don’t panic! Call Lice Solutions and let them work their magic. We were fortunate we had no little critters at this time, but we certainly learned a lot about lice and how to spot them on our own in the future. So worth the peace of mind, knowing we were not hosting any parties on our scalps. I hope we don’t have to come back, but if we do I know they will have us lice -free in no time.

While lice can certainly be treated at home, the peace of mind to have it done thoroughly by a pro is amazing. The space has tons of stuff to keep kids entertained b/c you might have to be there a while.🥴
Additionally, I now feel armed with a ton of knowledge on how to avoid getting lice again in the future!

Came in for a family check after exposure in the kids classroom (and having gone through a full treatment at another lice service last summer).
June had such a gentle touch and was still thoroughly checking us all, but not a single family member left traumatized or in tears so it was a total win! We will be back next time we get a scare.

June at Lice Charmers was very kind and gentle with the kids. I appreciated her service very much. The building from the outside felt a little strange but the space inside was very clean with lots of toys to entertain the boys. We had a really good experience and would come again, if needed.

After our initial treatment, we were exposed to lice and I panicked. Lex (another absolute angel) advised me and gave me instructions to recheck my own head. Despite her kindness, panic took over and one thing lead to another and we were at Lice Knowing You on Mercer Island getting their $20 lice check.

After only one section of hair was checked, they proclaimed we had lice and wanted to start treatment. Because we were still in our 60 day guarantee with Lice Charmers, I paid the $40 for the “check” that was less than 2 minutes and Lex got me back in within hours.

No lice was found and June put me and my son at complete ease. Lice Knowing You proclaimed lice when we simply had dead nits, although we were not shown this evidence.

June is truly so kind and patient, I cannot recommend her and Lice Charmers enough.

Lice Charmers was excellent! We were able to be seen the same day we called. We were very grateful for Lice Charmers. I found a lice in my hair in the morning and they were able to get our family of 4 in for a check that day. Two of us had lice and got treatment. We had an amazing experience with Lex! We had quite the scare from the school my child attends. Lex was able to confirm that we did not have lice.

She was professional and compassionate and knows her stuff! She took the extra time to write a special note on the “all clear” paperwork and explained that the company that did the check at school likely didn’t check throughly and had given us false information.

It was nice to have her support and understanding. The check and oil treatment was more than worth the money. This location is easy to find with plenty of free parking. She put my mind to ease and I would highly recommend their services. I’m actually really grateful that I didn’t go to the same company that did the checks at school. It was nice to have a separate/independent perspective from Lex.

They sell their oil and oil application tools and I feel confident that I now have more tools and information and can handle the next scare with a tad more calm thanks to her easy going and educated perspective.

Lice Charmers was incredible — got me an appointment same day I called, and I haven’t had any issues since. Melanie was lovely — super knowledgeable, friendly, and gentle throughout the process. I would recommend going to them before purchasing all the home remedies. It is a pricey removal but it’s comforting knowing all the lice and knits are gone after the hour long session. Would 100% use their service again.

I was able to get a same day appointment locally for a fair rate, and even with my thick hair she was able to do a lice check in just 30min (thankfully no treatment needed, I just needed confirmation that I was lice free before a trip). If I ever need lice care again, I know I'll be reaching out!

This place is so amazing. I was stressed when my daughter had lice and they were so calm and answered all my questions. We called on a Saturday afternoon and she squeezed us in that same day around 5. My daughter went home lice free and with oil to take home. Would defiantly recommend.

The woman who treated us whose name is Lexi was so incredibly sweet and gentle. She put an oil through our hair to help catch the lice and did an amazing job with the combing! She didn’t tug or anything, she was very gentle. When I got home I rinsed my hair off because it was super oily from the treatment and my hair was the softest it’s ever been, I highly recommend this place. They’re also reasonably priced for such a good clinic and kind people.

Even though I couldn’t afford for them to treat my daughters lice they gave me helpful information about lice, what works best to treat and answered my multiple calls with the same great advice. We bought two bottles of their treatment and a comb at a great price. I wish I would have just went straight to them to begin with. If you are reading this review, just do what they advise. I tried to treat this on my own. I did two treatments of the nix and left them both on longer thinking that would help. I was wrong, I spent three days of treating, cleaning and combing. Just when I thought things were looking good and I got a handle on it I found live bugs. I am going to follow their advice this round of treatments and I should have done this four days ago.

That souvenir quickly spreading and turning into a nightmare, but a quick Google search led you to a new friend… Compassion and humor coupled with the urgency and excellence you require in a clean and calm environment, YES PLEASE. Also, they can come to your home if the family gets it. For the Beaverton location entering the building from 106th not 104th was just the helpful hint we needed. Getting lice is never a pleasant experience but Lex makes it as awesome as it can be! Friendly, efficient service

I called Lex in a complete panic at 7 pm on Friday night. My daughter had been complaining about having sand in her hair and it itching I thought nothing of it since we had spend the last couple weeks at the beach. Friday night I decided to wash her hair myself, that’s when I discovered lice! My daughter who is 13 was completely freaking out, screaming and crying. Lex was so sweet on the phone assuring me she’ll get it taken care of the next day and gave me some suggestions to help us get through the night. After hanging up I felt much better and equipped to help my daughter. The next day our appointment wasn’t until almost three but Lex was able to get her in at 12. She got all the lice out of my daughters hair and checked the rest of the family. Luckily only my daughter had it. I am so happy we found this place! She was honestly a real life saver. She’s very knowledgeable about lice and really makes the whole situation easier. Hopefully we don’t have to deal with this ever again but if we do I know who to call!

Called late this morning to get my daughter in for a head check as she had a lice exposure a few days ago that I was just made aware of! The staff answered immediately and were good at calming all my anxiety around this process. We arrived and jumped right in. Lex was amazing with my toddler aged daughter and was patient while she got used to what was happening. Lex was so calm and kind to us and did a very amazing job. She braided my daughters hair at the end to keep the oil in her hair and told us we were all clear and had no lice (thank god) but what could have been an experience that added a few grey hairs turned out to be painless, easy, convenient, and priced fairly! Do not call these people to help you they are a rip off, I thought I had lice and I did not and I still got charge for a full treatment almost $200 for 15 minutes of somebody telling me I don’t have lice and I was charged the full amount anyway! Lex was AMAZING! I work in a residential facility for youth and we had a client come in with a very bad case of lice that our OTC lice treatment failed to work. I researched places to contact and Lice Charmers was one of the first to pop up. She was at our facility within 2 hours of contacting her. Both her and Conor were SO helpful with all of our questions.(We had a lot!!) The population of clients we serve are kiddos that have horrific trauma, abuse and neglect, drug use, and mental health issues. Their first day with us can be stressful and scary and the fact Lex was able to come in and connect with our client and show him respect is SO huge for us. Lex is beyond amazing! She came to our home and treated my two youngest girls, myself, and my checked my roommate out just Incase. This is our second tome battling lice, the first time we treated ourselves and it took us 3 months almost to fully get rid of the lice.
