Our 60-Day Guarantee
If lice come back within 60 days, we retreat free.

Ours covers reinfestation as well as treatment failure — the far likelier problem, because lice usually come back from the same classroom rather than from a missed nit. The full terms are right here, not read to you after you’ve paid.

If lice return within 60 days of your original appointment, we provide one free retreatment — including checks — for every person we treated at the initial visit, at our nearest clinic.

You’re covered when:

  • Everyone with lice was treated by us within the last 60 days.
  • Everyone in the household — or in regular contact with it, including split households — was checked by us and either cleared or treated. Checks are $45 a head and free for anyone who turns out to need treatment.
  • There is physical evidence — a dead louse is plenty — or we find one at the appointment. If no evidence is found, the checks are charged.

All guaranteed checks and retreatments must be completed within 24 hours of the first one starting. Lice move between heads — treating a household across a week just hands it back and forth.

Why the conditions exist, plainly: if an untreated head in the house — or a cousin who’s round every weekend — puts lice back on your child, that isn’t our treatment failing, and no clinic can guarantee against it.
