We had a great experience with the actual treatment and staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and the service itself was absolutely 5 stars.
Going in, we understood the pricing was $45 per person for the inspection and $200 for treatment if lice were found. We were hoping that only one or two members of our family would need treatment. Unfortunately, all five of us ended up needing it, which brought our total to $1,075. That was definitely a bit of sticker shock for us.
I appreciate the owner’s explanation that the price includes the 60-day guarantee and isn’t based simply on the amount of time spent treating each person. That makes the pricing structure make more sense. I think my disappointment was mostly that once we found out our entire family needed treatment and the bill was going to be over $1,000, I was hoping there might be some type of family discount or flexibility for a situation like ours.
Overall, the staff and treatment were excellent, and I would absolutely give the service itself 5 stars. I just wish there were some sort of family pricing option when multiple people in the same household all require treatment at once.
