I had a wonderful experience at licecharmers. I was really worried that I may have contracted head lice, and I was pretty anxious about it. When I walked in, the environment was very welcoming, very clean and the sweet gal who checked through my hair definitely calmed my anxiety. I wish I remembered her name! I definitely will send anyone to this facility in the future! Thank you for a great experience and for calming my nerves! I ended up not having head lice, which was a huge relief, but the professionalism that this company brings was well beyond my expectations for good!

Melanie is wonderful. She really helps to ratchet down the anxiety about dealing with lice and is great with the kids. No one wants to have to get lice treatment but if you do 100% recommend Lice Charmers.

Margaret was fantastic! She was very patient with my 5yo and answered all her questions plus was super gentle. Would recommend if only for the peace of mind!

We were very happy with our experience at Lice Charmers. We found love on our son for the second time in about 6 weeks, and called in the professionals. We were able to get in that day, and June checked my husband and I, and treated our son. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to visit with. Fingers crossed we won’t need to go back, but if lice strikes our home again, we know where to go.

Great service, the provider is nice and helpful .We manage to get an appointment the same day ( Sunday) which allow my son to go back to school. She did a head check and confirmed he was clear.

Worth every penny! My youngest brought home lice and shared it with me! I was not happy with getting lice but Melanie was amazing making me feel at ease and getting all of the nasty bugs out of my head! She also have me so many amazing tips on how to ensure they are gone for good!

We had a great experience with the actual treatment and staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and the service itself was absolutely 5 stars. Going in, we understood the pricing was $45 per person for the inspection and $200 for treatment if lice were found. We were hoping that only one or two members of our family would need treatment. Unfortunately, all five of us ended up needing it, which brought our total to $1,075. That was definitely a bit of sticker shock for us. I appreciate the owner’s explanation that the price includes the 60-day guarantee and isn’t based simply on the amount of time spent treating each person. That makes the pricing structure make more sense. I think my disappointment was mostly that once we found out our entire family needed treatment and the bill was going to be over $1,000, I was hoping there might be some type of family discount or flexibility for a situation like ours. Overall, the staff and treatment were excellent, and I would absolutely give the service itself 5 stars. I just wish there were some sort of family pricing option when multiple people in the same household all require treatment at once.
