Kids share the grossest stuff and I'm incredibly grateful to Lice Charmers for helping us with this particular unwanted gift within hours of discovery so our lives could get back on track. They were able to take us within an hour of me calling for a large family appointment, already an incredible feat. All of us were able to come together and get checked very thoroughly so we could be confident who needed treatment. My young kiddo wasn't bothered at all and Melanie was so great at showing them each step so they knew what to expect and felt included in the process. The clarity of information was also so impressive - much better than googling and feeling overwhelmed and frightened.
